TOC Frankfurt is just two weeks away!

The second Tools of Change Frankfurt Conference is just around the corner and, over the next few days, we’ll be introducing you to some of our speakers and the projects they’ve been up to in recent months.

In one of our morning keynotes, Pablo Arrieta, a native of Colombia who runs his own training facility (Monitor CD) and is a university professor in both Universidad Javeriana and Universidad de los Andes, in Bogotá, will explore how it feels to live in a connected world but located in a country where some of the tools changing the publishing industry are not legally distributed.

Shortly after the US release of the iPad, Arrieta saved the day at an international Spanish Language Day reading event by introducing a group of young Colombian students and their teacher to the device.
