TOC Frankfurt kicks off in just one week!

28 Sep

With just one week to go until hundreds of publishing and technology professionals converge on the Frankfurt Marriott Hotel for the second annual Tools of Change for Publishing Frankfurt conference, Publishing Perspectives continues its series of digital innovator interviews with a look at TOC speaker, Dean Johnson of Brandwidth.

Johnson will join Rhys Cazenove of Enhanced Editions and Neal Hoskins of Winged Chariot Press to offer some ground rules on how to choose which books are the best bet investment-wise as apps; how to select a developer who is a good fit for your goals; and how to promote your apps.

Meanwhile, keynote speaker Jeff Jarvis brings the subject of “publicness” up for discussion in one of his latest posts on BuzzMachine — a reference to his forthcoming book, Public Parts: The price of privacy, the value of publicness. Jarvis will broach this subject in his keynote The End of the Parenthesis from 5:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the room Westend I.

TOC Frankfurt will take place next Tuesday, 5 October, at the Frankfurt Marriott Hotel. Space is limited but there is still time to register for more than 25 keynotes and panel sessions on the most important issues facing your company in the digital age.

Remember to use hashtag #TOCF10 to contribute to the discussion and follow the latest TOC Frankfurt news on Twitter.
